ENGINE – MAY 2018
A Word from The
Welcome to the Spring edition of
enGINe, which has a fresh new look
for 2018. It’s packed full of updates
on the many activities G-I-N is
involved in, as well as future plans.
2018 has certainly been a busy year so far, with planning well
underway for our 2018 Conference in Manchester. Our annual
conference is the highlight of our year, when lots of networking
and meetings take place, resulting in plans for collaboration for
the year ahead, I do hope many of you will be joining us in
September. We have a wide range of pre-conference courses
on offer as well as many esteemed plenary speakers taking
part. Early bird registration closes on 20 June so there is still
plenty of time to take advantage of this offer and book now!
We shared the exciting news with our members in December
that we are bringing the 2019 conference back to Australia.
This time it will be in the fabulous city of Adelaide and will be
hosted by organisational member, The Sansom Institute for
Health Research, University of South Australia. I can now
confirm that this conference will be a joint conference with the
Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). This is a superb opportunity for us
to work with fantastic partners and extend our reach within our
communities in order to present an integrated, joint programme
which will appeal to both audiences.
Our network provides our members with a unique opportunity to
connect with people from all over the world on emerging topics
of interest to guideline development and implementation.
We are always ready to welcome new members so please do
get in touch with us if you would like more information.
